It supplies both original and equivalent products, as well as support services for drivers through the Magneti Marelli Checkstar network of workshops and body shops.

About The Position
We are looking for a EMEA Technical Training Engineer who will join Magneti Marelli Parts & Services team to support the Technical Training Team, reporting directly to After Sales Training Manager; this position is based at our office in Corbetta.
Your Responsibilities Will Be
* Creation of technical documents (manuals, presentations) and digital contents (such as video, 2D/3D modeling, etc.) to be used as training material during multi-brand technical courses for cars and light commercial vehicles.
* Electronic measurements, analyses and tests on vehicles for the training courses’ creation.
* Creation and updating of online course contents.
* Design and delivery of the "train to trainers" for new training topics developed.
* If necessary, delivery of some training courses to our clients.
What Qualifications You Will Bring
* Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Electronics / Mechatronics or High School Diploma as electronic expert.
* Fluent in Italian and English.
* Digital skills: knowledge of the Office package, Adobe Photoshop program and of the main graphic, 2D/3D modeling and video processing tools.
* Knowledge of Salesforce CRM platform will be considered a plus.

* Soft Skills: public speaking and listening skills; ability to synthesize; problem solving; ability to work under stress; flexibility and curiosity; passion for technical innovation of automotive products; customer focus.
* Technical skills: ability to interpret technical documentation (data, electrical-hydraulic-mechanical systems, drafts, procedures); knowledge of electronic systems, engines and transmissions of cars and technologies applied on cars with alternative fuels; familiarity with technical equipment used in workshops and body shops.
