Job Description Epta International is a global leader in commercial refrigeration offering sustainable and innovative solutions for the retail, food & beverage and hospitality industries. We design, manufacture, and service a wide range of refrigeration systems and technologies that help our customers operate more efficiently and responsibly. With a strong presence across Europe and beyond, our Budapest office plays a vital role in supporting key business operations for EMEA markets. As we continue to expand, we are looking for Croatian-speaking colleagues to join our team in Hungary—whether you are just starting out or ready for your next professional challenge.
Responsibilities
* Provide top-quality support to our Italian-speaking customers via phone and email
* Manage service requests, schedule maintenance visits, and coordinate technician activities
* Log and track cases accurately in our internal systems
* Communicate effectively with colleagues, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth operations
* Collaborate across shifts to keep everything running seamlessly
Qualifications
* Near-native skills in Croatian with at least intermediate English
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, even in busy moments
* Comfortable working in a dynamic, multinational environment
* Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Outlook); Salesforce experience is a plus
* Be located in Hungary or willing to relocate
