Role Description
We are seeking a Founder Associate to work closely with the founding team and gain first-hand exposure to the full spectrum of building and scaling an innovative technology startup. This role is designed for a highly motivated individual who wants to explore entrepreneurship from the inside, experiencing both the exciting opportunities and the operational challenges of running an early-stage company.
The Founder Associate will operate at the intersection of strategy, operations, and execution, supporting the founders in strategic business development activities as well as in day-to-day administrative, financial, and organizational tasks. This position offers a unique learning opportunity for someone eager to understand how strategic decisions translate into execution, and how vision, discipline, and resilience are required to guide a startup through uncertainty and growth.
Responsibilities
Support the founders in strategic planning and company development initiatives
Contribute to business development activities, including market analysis, opportunity assessment, and go-to-market initiatives
Assist in defining and tracking company objectives, priorities, and execution milestones
Support fundraising activities, including preparation of investor materials, data rooms, and coordination of investor relations
Assist with administrative, accounting, and financial management tasks, in collaboration with external advisors when needed
Support preparation of budgets, cash-flow tracking, and financial reporting
Help manage internal processes, documentation, and organizational workflows
Participate in discussions on product, technology, and business strategy, gaining cross-functional exposure
Act as a flexible problem-solver, stepping in where needed to help founders move faster and stay focused
Contribute to building an execution-oriented, transparent, and accountable startup culture
Qualifications
MSc in Management Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
Strong interest in entrepreneurship and startup environments, particularly in technology-driven companies
Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail
Willingness to handle both strategic and operational tasks, including unglamorous but critical activities
High motivation to learn, adapt, and take ownership in an uncertain and fast-changing environment
Excellent communication skills and ability to work directly with founders and senior stakeholders
Proactive mindset, curiosity, and readiness to step outside comfort zones
Excellent written and spoken English
