About the Role

Concentrix Italy is recruiting on behalf of a client partner for two Partner Sales Manager – Tech positions, strategic sales roles focused on driving growth through channel partners, system integrators, and direct customer engagement.

These roles require strong commercial capabilities and the ability to operate across both partner ecosystems and end customers, leveraging an established network within the Italian IT and technology market.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage relationships with channel partners, distributors, and system integrators
- Drive joint go-to-market initiatives to generate pipeline and revenue
- Identify and pursue direct sales opportunities with end customers (enterprise and mid-market)
- Build and manage a robust and consistent sales pipeline
- Collaborate with partners on account planning, deal execution, and closing strategies
- Act as a trusted advisor to both partners and clients
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape within the high-tech sector
- Participate in face-to-face meetings, client visits, and industry events

Profile Requirements

- Proven experience in sales within the IT / high-tech industry, with strong exposure to partner/channel sales models
- Good understanding of technology solutions (computing infrastructure, storage or related areas)
- Strong local market knowledge and established professional network in Italy
- Experience working with:
- Technology vendors
- IT distributors / value-added distributors
- System integrators and local partners
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Autonomous, proactive, and comfortable working in a remote-first environment

Work Model & Mobility

- Work-from-Home role with a strong focus on frequent face-to-face meetings with clients and partners
- Regular travel required across Rome, Milan, and surrounding areas

Compensation & Benefits

- Salary: €40,000 – €45,000
- Premio: Performance-based
- Car allowance
- Corporate mobile phone
- Temporary role 12 months contract with possibility of extension
