Gi BPO SRL,company specializing in the study, design, and delivery of solutions to optimize the management of outsourced activities is looking for: CUSTOMS JUNIOR Posizione: The Customs Junior is part of the Finance Department Team and is responsible for the customs control of all company assets which include broadcast equipment, supplies and all other property for which customs clearances in Italy. Duties/Responsibilities - Confirm that all the movements for which OBS is responsible for the Italian Customs are cleared in the correct way and our obligations with Customs are accomplished. - Liaison with local customs broker (to be nominated). - To update and maintain the customs information about the equipment in the databases and verify the coherence with the Italian Customs our Customs Broker. To record information and maintain for future access. - To find out the licenses and other requirements from Italian Customs / brokerage company in order to ensure smooth clearance. - To work closely with the Logistics Department of OBS and others to obtain the needed information about expected shipments of equipment (OBS Shipments, purchases, OBS Service Providers, repairs, etc.) which involve Customs Documentation. - To prepare/review the customs documents for the shipments when needed, support the shipping and receiving coordinator of transports, and solve the administrative problems. - To coordinate the shipping and customs requirements with OBS Service Providers and OBS colleagues. Workplace and Environment - Fast paced work environment. - Operations are based in the OBS Warehouse in Italy. - Full time shift work including evening and weekends. - Subject to national/international criminal background checks. One week in Madrid, Spain, for training purposes. Requisiti: Experience/Skills - Excellent command of English and Italian, verbal and written. - Good knowledge and experienced into the Italian Customs Processes and paperwork. - Good knowledge of the Administration tools (MS Office, SAP, etc.). - Proactive, team worker, responsible, careful, exhaustive, perfectionist, and pay attention to details.
