The role involves cost modelling, financial analysis and operations partnership within a manufacturing environment that supports decarbonisation initiatives. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop an understanding of the cost structures and establish cost models* /li liMonth, quarter and year‑end closure activities / actual results against budget‑forecast‑PY / PL analysis /li liPrepare budget and rolling forecast according local / central requirements /li liReporting package /li liDetailed cost analysis (volumes, variable‑fix costs, yields, variances, OWC and capex) /li liProduct calculations /li liTariffs calculation based on cost driver and key allocation /li liDevelop and ensure that standard costs are accurate and meet the cost improvement objectives set by Operations /li liOVH spending suitability /li liMargin analysis by product /li liKPI’s elaboration according required financial metrics to meet /li liWork closely with manufacturing and warehousing leadership to ensure that all financial transactions and reporting are complete, accurate and timely /li liPerform frequent walk‑throughs of local manufacturing site with Plant Manager to address production and costing issues /li liBusiness partner for Operations, Engineering, and other relevant functional leaders, provider of important information and analysis to drive decision /li liEnsure inventory management program accuracy is effective and timely, analysis of inventory levels and days inventory on‑hand (DIO) to ensure they meet ISC / Operations targets /li liAssure overall financial performance with expectations /li liContinuous improvement project analysis /li liEnsure ongoing proper transactions and controls are in place in the facility so that accurate costing and profit analysis can be performed /li liData collection and analysis maintenance /li liPrepares, administers and monitors plant procedures /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liEducation Degree such as Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, MBA, Business, Education, Manufacturing, Business / Administration, Business School /li liCandidate must be detail oriented with excellent organization skills, a self‑starter and a team player possessing both verbal and written communication skills /li liGood commercial sense, strategic thinking, flexible, open minded /li liThorough understanding of manufacturing processes and capabilities /li liAbility to work in a complex and dynamic business environment /li liProblem solving and keep it simple attitudes /li liMust demonstrate leadership as part of a cross‑functional management team /li liAbility to work with a large volume of detail producing accurate results within aggressive deadlines /li liTechnical skills MS office, ERP, MRP package system, PBI, Fluent in English /li liDesired experience for plant controller includes previous working experience in manufacturing industry / environment /li /ul h3Additional Information /h3 pPlant Controller includes previous working experience in manufacturing industry / environment.
