Korn Ferry is looking for a Sales Cloud Specialist to join our Life Science client on a maternity cover contract from August 2025 to May 2026.
In this role, you will support end-users across Sales and Marketing teams, ensuring optimal use of Salesforce Sales Cloud and assisting with omnichannel initiatives involving Marketing Cloud. Acting as the bridge between commercial teams and technical functions, you’ll play a key part in user adoption, training, data quality, and project rollouts.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide hands-on end-user support for Salesforce Sales Cloud
Support campaign and project launches with Sales and Marketing teams
Drive user adoption through training, coaching, and documentation
Maintain data quality and reporting standards
Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure business needs are met
Manage CPQ processes and provide first-line support
Requirements:
1–3 years in a Salesforce Admin or CRM Support role
Experience with Sales Cloud and CPQ is essential
Exposure to Marketing Cloud is a strong plus
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Background in Life Sciences or Medical Devices preferred
