Ph3Job Description /h3 h3Your role /h3 pWe are looking for a bManufacturing Engineer_Methods Technology_Painting /b who will support the bManufacturing Engineer Team /b in different activities. /p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 ul liEnsure that the company’s manufacturing processes are in compliance with all government laws and regulations /li liProcess standardization and optimization /li liAnalyze production processes, schedules, methods, and other data and then provide management with reports containing the data and statistics to enable management to better understand future requirements needed for the manufacturing process. Process measurement (OEE, capabilities, cycle time, balancing, desaturation) /li liProblem solving on existing equipment / process /li liNew equipment characteristics definition (maintainability, availability, reliability), introduction and ramp-up /li liDevelopment and updating of work and control procedures, management of team of technicians and painters. /li liReview and calculate labor, material (direct and indirect), and other production costs along with reviewing schedules and future production requirements to assist management in decision making /li liProcess measurement work analysis (OEE, capabilities, cycle time, balancing, desaturation) /li liProject tracking /li liBenchmarking /li /ul h3Main Requirements /h3 ul liYou have a Master Degree in Engineering /li liYou have at least 2 years of experience in complex environments with similar roles, such as Manufacturing Engineer, Process Engineer, Continuous Improvement Engineer /li liStrong expertise in painting processes, painting technologies, and paint-line operations (mandatory). /li liYou have knowledge on Lean and Six Sigma /li liYou are able to establish and maintain excellent relationships /li liAbility to adapt to various corporate environments with different cultures.
