Experteer Overview
In this role you will own the end-to-end delivery and evolution of one or more Data Technologies assets within Generali’s analytics portfolio. You will translate business demand into a prioritized backlog, align cross-team delivery, and manage the asset’s roadmap and KPIs. You’ll act as the primary interface between business stakeholders and engineering streams, driving timely decisions and risk-aware execution. This position offers impact across data platforms and AI-enabled products at scale, within a financially regulated environment.

- Own delivery and evolution of one or more assets in the Data Technologies portfolio
- Gather, qualify, and prioritize demand from stakeholders and translate into backlog and roadmap
- Translate business needs into engineering-ready requirements with acceptance criteria
- Coordinate cross-team delivery across multiple engineering streams and infrastructure teams
- Align capacity and technical direction with engineering leads; broker resource allocation
- Serve as primary interface between business and engineering; manage expectations and escalations
- Run program-level activities: roadmap reviews, planning, risk/dependency reviews, demos
- Define and monitor KPIs for asset (delivery, adoption, value, quality, cost) and report to leadership
- Oversee productization from MVP to full rollout for scalable, economical products
- Coordinate vendors and external partners ensuring quality and compliance
- Continuously improve delivery practices, agile rituals, tooling and operating model
- Identify and translate innovation opportunities (GenAI, automation, FinOps) into roadmap
Responsabilità
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5 years of delivery management, program/project management, or technical product management experience
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Solid background in software, data, or solution engineering with stakeholder engagement experience
- Proven track record managing complex, multi-team programs with multiple stakeholders
- Strong product management capability: demand intake, prioritization, roadmaps, value tracking
- Mastery of AgileDelivery (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and PM tooling (Jira, Gitlab)
- Working knowledge of modern cloud, data, and AI architectures (data platforms, lakehouse, MLOps, GenAI) at reading trade-offs
- Experience in regulated environments, preferably financial services
