Manage daily cash operations during serviceControl and verify payments processed by waiters at the tablesSupport management with transaction monitoring and daily closing proceduresPerform end-of-day fiscal reconciliation, ensuring all transactions are accurate and aligned with reportsPrepare and submit daily financial reports, highlighting discrepancies if anyOperate POS systems and management softwareEnsure smooth payment flow in a high-volume environmentIdentify and resolve discrepancies or payment issues
Prerequisites
Strong organizational skills and high attention to detailPrevious experience in cashier or administrative rolesGood knowledge of ExcelFluent English requiredFamiliarity with POS systems and management softwareExperience with Oracle Simphony and/or SevenRooms is a strong plusAbility to work under pressure in a fast-paced environmentTeam-oriented mindsetOwn transportation preferred due to locationMust have the right to work in Italy (we do not sponsor visas)
