- Naples, Metropolitan City of Naples, ItalySales Development Representative – Formed IT (Full-Cycle Sales)- Type: Freelance (Only Commission-Based Structure)- Language: English + Local LanguageHow to ApplySend your CV to or Use Application FormAbout FormedFormed is a multidisciplinary digital studio operating three core verticals:- Formed IT — Webflow development, no-code engineering, AI systems, and digital product architecture- Formed Animation — Motion systems, 3D visualization, and high-impact brand storytelling- Formed Academy — A technology-driven learning platform teaching UI/UX, no-code, AI content creation, and automationAs a Certified Webflow Partner Studio, we design scalable digital ecosystems where innovative mindset meets technology.We are expanding our Business Development team and looking for a Sales Development Representative who can own the entire sales cycle — from first outreach to deal closing.This role focuses specifically on selling Formed IT services to startups, scale-ups, and innovative companies globally.What Will You Do- Identify companies that need digital product, web development, or AI solutions- Conduct outbound outreach via LinkedIn, email, and strategic channels- Build relationships with founders, product leaders, and decision-makers- Understand client needs and align them with Formed IT services- Prepare proposals and lead client discussions- Manage negotiations and take deals from prospecting to closing- Present solutions such as Webflow development, AI systems, and no-code platformsWhat We're Looking For- Experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or Tech Sales- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills- Self-driven and entrepreneurial mindset- Strong interest in technology, startups, and digital products- Experience selling digital services, SaaS, software development, or tech solutions is highly valuedCompensation- Commission-based structure- Project-based incentives- High earning potential depending on deal sizeFormed IT projects typically involve high-value digital product development, creating strong commission opportunities for successful deals.Why Formed?
