P We’re Hiring: Quality Manager | Pressteck S.p.A. – Muravera, Sardegna /ppPressteck S.p.A., a leading manufacturer of high-precision deep drawn components for the automotive and electro valve industries, is seeking a Quality Manager to join our team at our Muravera (Sardegna) production site. /pp Your Mission: As Quality Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. You will serve as a key liaison between clients, suppliers, and internal teams, driving continuous improvement and maintaining our reputation for excellence. /pp Key Responsibilities: /pulliLead and manage all aspects of the Quality Management System. /liliOrganize and participate in meetings with clients, suppliers, and internal departments. /liliReview contracts and supply agreements to identify and manage special quality requirements. /liliDevelop, update, and maintain control plans, procedures, and work instructions. /liliAct as the primary point of contact for clients on all quality-related topics and project updates. /liliSupport production teams in problem-solving and root cause analysis. /liliEnsure compliance with industry standards and customer specifications. /liliOversee the use and programming of CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machines) and other measuring instruments. /li /ulp What We’re Looking For: /pulliProven experience in quality management within the automotive industry, with the ability to conduct audits in accordance with IATF standards, respond to client audits, and serve as the primary contact during client audit processes. /liliStrong leadership and team coordination skills. /liliExcellent communication and mediation abilities. /liliFamiliarity with CMM programming, GDT and use of measuring instruments. /liliSkilled in writing and managing technical documentation. /liliProficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.). /liliSolid knowledge of quality tools such as control plans, 8Ds, SPC, RR, MSA and others /li /ulp Location: Muravera, Sardegna /pp Employment Type: Full-time /pp Language Requirements: Fluent Italian English (spoken and written) /pp Important Note /ppA good command of English is essential for this role therefore, job interviews will be conducted in this language. /p
