TXT Group is looking for a Software Engineer for its Aerospace & Aviation division.
As an Avionics Software Engineer, the candidate will collaborate with the team in the development and integration of advanced avionics systems, following a project from its inception to its realization.
Main Responsibilities:
Design and requirement-based development of application software capable of controlling and monitoring avionics devices integrated into the overall system.
The daily activities take place in an aeronautical environment with an international footprint, with access to dedicated laboratories (full-scale integration rig), and are aimed at fostering professional and relational growth in a stimulating, young, and dynamic setting.
The core tasks include developing and integrating avionics software, conducting independent or supplier-assisted verification on company RIGs, collecting and analyzing data, preparing formal reports, and supporting the system integration team.
Required Technical Skills:
Knowledge of programming languages such as C/C++/ADA or similar
Basic understanding of algorithms used in programming
Knowledge of onboard systems, industrial/aeronautical communication standards and protocols (Ethernet, 1553, RS422, RS485, etc.), and avionics/system development processes will be considered a plus.
Proficiency in English is essential for the role.
Education:
Degree in Computer Science, Aeronautics, Telecommunications, Electronics, or Automation.

Salary range between EUR 29,000 and EUR 33,000 gross per year;
Job level will be defined during the selection process based on the candidate profile and in accordance with the Metalworking Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanico);
