Il Maintenance Coordinator coordina e controlla le attività di manutenzione programmate, garantendo sicurezza, rispetto delle tempistiche e corretta esecuzione tecnica degli interventi, collaborando con team interni ed esterni e contribuendo al miglioramento continuo.
Responsabilità
* Gestire il piano di manutenzione definito dallo Scheduler, assicurando la messa in sicurezza degli impianti e la validazione dei rapporti di lavoro a chiusura attività.
* Comunicare la chiusura degli interventi ai reparti coinvolti.
* Fornire al Planner le informazioni necessarie per la chiusura dei Work Order su CMMS (dettagli attività, tempistiche, codici e quantità ricambi).
* Eseguire o supportare interventi meccanici, elettrici e regolazioni funzionali, anche in collaborazione con personale esterno.
* Supportare le imprese esterne nella movimentazione di attrezzature e calibrazione strumenti tramite forklift.
* Valutare la criticità EHS degli interventi e preparare la documentazione di sicurezza.
* Collaborare con il Reliability Manager nelle analisi delle cause radice (RCA) e nell’individuazione di aree di miglioramento.
* Effettuare audit LPA e checklist periodiche sulle imprese esterne, monitorando le azioni correttive tramite il sistema GS2.
* Autorizzare il prelievo materiali e collaborare con il Coordinatore materiali per la gestione scorte e approvvigionamenti.
* Partecipare alle riunioni di manutenzione fornendo feedback e contribuendo allo sviluppo delle pratiche 5S e LMA.
Requisiti
* Diploma tecnico.
* Esperienza pluriennale in stabilimenti industriali complessi, preferibilmente ATEX.
* Capacità di gestione team e ottime doti relazionali.
* Conoscenza dei sistemi di sicurezza e procedure qualità.
* Buona padronanza di Microsoft Office, CMMS e sistemi di gestione.
Orario di lavoro: giornaliero
Contratto tempo determinato inziale di 6 mesi.
