IT Support Technician (Part-Time – 2 days per week, on-site in Fabriano)Duties and ResponsibilitiesProvide corrective service for a wide range of industrial products, performing hands-on maintenance as required and resolving complex issues. The role may involve installing new systems, including networking, as well as diagnosing a broad range of customer issues, both software- and hardware-related.All tasks must be carried out in accordance with the company's technical and quality standards and procedures, with the goal of delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities- Work with customers to identify issues and develop and implement appropriate technical solutions- Respond to service calls or escalate them within agreed timeframes- Perform installation and maintenance of customer systems, e.G. PCs and mobile devices- Develop and maintain customer relationships, identifying opportunities to extend existing service agreements- Support the development of testing and repair processes- Liaise with help desks, support services, and support centers- Perform troubleshooting and issue resolutionRequirements and Qualifications- Minimum 2 years of experience as a field service representative or in a similar role- Proficiency in English and Italian- Experience in handling, maintaining, and safeguarding technical equipment- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills- Team player- Good time management skills- Strong interpersonal and communication skills- Comfortable using mobile tools and applicationsApply now!
