Created in Lyon in 2016 by French entrepreneurs, Agicap is one of the fastest scale-ups in Europe, with over 8000 customers and revenue growth above 100% YoY for the past 3 years. Agicap allows CEOs and Finance teams of SMBs and Mid-Market companies to efficiently manage and forecast their cash flow, pay their suppliers, and get paid. Cash is King, and Agicap fundamentally reshapes the way companies manage one of their greatest pain points. Our ambition is to become the global financial management solution for SMEs and Mid-Market companies worldwide. What you will do : As a Sales Developer at AGICAP, your role will be to replicate our success story by managing operations, developing business, and increasing profitability in Italy. Engage qualified prospects, demo the AGICAP solution, provide technical assistance, and negotiate contracts remotely by phone. Become an expert on AGICAP. Drive rapid growth of lead generation through outbound prospecting. Identify prospects' pain points. Articulate the AGICAP value proposition to SMBs. Manage the entire sales funnel. Close new deals. Provide feedback on the Italian market to Product, Sales, and Marketing teams. Report your performance regularly. You will familiarize yourself with our business and sales processes during a comprehensive 1-month onboarding, becoming part of the Agicap tribe. The commercial value chain includes : Marketing team: lead generation via outbound efforts, online acquisition (SEO/SEA), content marketing, partnerships, and branding activities. SDR: qualify leads, identify needs, decision-makers, and plan demos with decision-makers. Account Executives: demonstrate software, sell solutions, and activate subscriptions. Customer Success team: onboard, train, support, and manage accounts post-sale. What we are looking for : Native or fluent Italian speaker with professional proficiency in English. Sales experience in SaaS targeting SMBs is a plus. Creative, consultative seller with advanced closing skills. Competitive, goal-oriented, a proactive "Hunter" and "Do-er". Strong organization and rigor to manage large amounts of information. Enthusiastic team player. French language skills are a plus. What we offer : Exciting growth opportunities. Competitive salary.
