In PMO Construction, we provide support for all back-office activities to Project Managers and the Site Team, with the main objective of monitoring and achieving key KPIs such as Revenue, Cash, and CM, as well as identifying risks and opportunities. Responsibilities Weekly Cash Report: Ensure billing plans are updated and detect risks and opportunities. Weekly report on Variation Orders under negotiation and their implementation, in agreement with the customer. Monthly pre- and post-cost analysis. Preparation of slides for Steerco meetings. Qualifications Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering. 1-5 years of experience in Financial Controlling or Performance. Valuable Master's degree in Finance, Business Economics, or equivalent. Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Ability to communicate messages clearly and simply. Highly organized, open-minded, curious, and self-motivated. Ability to work with different teams across multiple functions. Skilled in creating structure and managing several projects simultaneously.
