Field(s) of activity/research for the traineeship
Under the coordination of the Vega-E Liquid Propulsion Module Product Manager, in support of current developments of the Vega-E launcher, on-the-job training in the upper-stage liquid propulsion system design process will be provided by performing tasks in the following fields of activities:
1. Modelling and simulation of the pressurisation system;
2. Modelling and simulation of the Equipped Tank Assembly;
3. Modelling and simulation of the cryogenic feed lines;
4. Creation of a reduced model of the MR-10 engine;
5. Functional analysis of the LPM throughout Vega-E missions;
6. Enhancement of the current correlations for chill-down, sloshing, heat
