Experteer OverviewIn this role you support building performance through HVAC, security and building‑automation systems, using connected services, data analytics and engineering tools. You monitor, troubleshoot and configure systems, and ensure smooth installation and acceptance of service jobs. You work across IT, networking and building-control environments to deliver proactive outcomes for occupants, energy and asset performance. You join a cross‑functional, customer‑facing team focused on reliable, secure operations and continuous improvement.Retribuzione / BenefitsDeliver proactive outcomes for occupant comfort, energy use and asset performance using Connected Service tech and EBIPrepare engineering drawings and project plans for Service Jobs (SLJ)Determine equipment and accessory needs and coordinate with FSL/FSSInstall EBI, create graphics and perform programming per specificationsMaintain deep competence in hardware/software across virtual and physical environmentsBe on-site for temporary or final acceptance of Service JobsCollaborate with local and foreign teams to solve problems and identify cost-effective evolutionsUnderstand HVAC and security field processes to manage the analytical aspects of the roleResponsabilitàTechnical diploma or professional qualification in engineering or a related technical field (HVAC, Security, Controls, IoT)Hands‑on experience servicing HVAC systems (plus Fire, Security, Access, or Alarm systems)Strong understanding of HVAC processes, building‑automation controls, and standard protocolsKnowledge of ICT, networking, IoT, and cybersecurity fundamentalsAbility to read electrical diagrams and understand switchingStrong fault‑finding skills, communication abilities, and customer‑facing professionalismFluent English and ability to work in dynamic, evolving technical environments
