The role will report directly to the Technical Area Manager and will directly manage a team of 26 people. Job purpose Ensure and maximize the reliability and efficiency of the production and packaging lines, through the planning and management of ordinary, extraordinary, corrective and improvement maintenance activities, with the support and management of internal and external resources; advance investment projects and involvement in order to maximize the performance and reliability of the lines; guarantee the correct presence of maintenance materials through timely supply requests, respecting the plant’s needs, themanager guidelines and the functional references of the Group. Responsibilities Ensure compliance with all safety rules and regulations in the selection of individual technical parts and in the methods of implementing maintenance interventions. Guarantee the management and updating of documentation relating to assets and mandatory documents relating to plant material assets, in compliance with the law and Group procedures Ensure the definition of the most appropriate maintenance policies for the production and packaging lines as RLC (Works and Costs Manager), the methods of intervention of scheduled activities (times and costs), as well as the use of internal and external resources based on operational specifications, in compliance with the characteristics of the plant and according to the Company guidelines. Ensure the operational implementation of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance interventions on the production and packaging lines, coordinating the assigned personnel and external companies, in compliance with the production and packaging programs and defined plans, pursuing the best possible relationship between time and costs. Ensure adequate planning of maintenance services, reducing the duration and number of interventions, minimizing costs and downtime to ensure the constant operation of production lines and facilities. Identify, considering the specifications, methods of evolution of machines and systems and technologies with respect to their obsolescence, manage the requests for changes coming from production functions and the optimal technical solutions, capable of ensuring the maximization of production efficiency and the minimization of costs. Assist in the assembly phases and installation of new lines and new machines, collaborating in the testing and production start-up phase, defining, in the event of variations or delays, corrective actions based on existing Group procedures. Contribute, together with your manager, to the management and development of assigned human resources, ensuring, through involvement, suitable levels of competence, in compliance with company policies. Ensure the correct management and reliability of maintenance data and information entered into the plant's CMMS system, in order to allow correct data analysis in a path of continuous improvement. Requirements and knowledge Technical experties (mechanical/electronic) or consolidated equivalent experienceExcellent knowledge of mechanical drawing Reading electrical diagrams and pneumatic diagrams.
