Responsibilities
* Identify and research potential leads within target markets and industries. Use various channels – internal lead generation, external third-party platforms, calls, emails, social media.
* Reach out to potential clients through cold calls, building rapport and initiating conversations that highlight the value of our products/services.
* Confidently address objections, using active listening and probing questions to understand prospects' needs.
* Assess leads based on established criteria to ensure they\'re a good fit for our products and services.
* Engage with prospects to set up qualified meetings and demos for the sales team, contributing to the growth of our pipeline.
* Keep accurate records of all interactions, ensuring timely follow-ups and maintaining up-to-date lead information in our CRM.
Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in outbound sales, including cold calling and securing meetings with business clients; payments or fintech experience will be considered an advantage.
* A genuine passion for sales and the drive to go above and beyond.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to handle objections.
* Confidence with cold calling and the ability to turn first contacts into meaningful conversations.
* Ability and curiosity to ask smart questions and uncover what really matters to customers.
* A target-driven, “make it happen” mindset.
* The eagerness to learn, grow, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Fluency in Italian and good knowledge of English.
