Ph3TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER – THERMOPLASTICS /h3 /brpThe Technical Project Manager Thermoplastics is the technical and project reference for the Thermoplastics business, acting as a link between the commercial organization, customers, laboratories (RD, Color Matching, Industrialization, Quality Control), and Regulatory Quality functions. /p /brpThe role manages technical requirements and information, translating them into studies, samples, tests, and product solutions, while providing continuous technical and technical‑commercial support to the sales network, distributors, and Business Development. The position contributes to new product development and supports the definition of the technical‑commercial strategy. /p /brh3Accountabilities /h3 /brul /brliCollecting, analysing, and managing technical information for the development of studies, samples, and product solutions. /li /brliTranslating customer needs into structured requests for laboratories and defining the most suitable technical solutions. /li /brliManaging sampling activities and customer test follow‑up, coordinating preparation and shipments. /li /brliManaging complaints in the Thermoplastics sector, including customer communication and preparation of reports (8D). /li /brliSupporting new product development in collaboration with RD, Colour Matching, Business Development TP, and Purchasing. /li /brliProviding technical‑commercial support to customers, sales teams, agents, and distributors, including technical visits and participation in trade fairs and events. /li /brliAssisting compliance activities and supporting Commercial Management in defining the technical and commercial strategy. /li /br /ul /brh3Skills and Experience /h3 /brul /brliDegree or Technical Diploma in Chemistry or in a scientific or technical discipline. /li /brliSolid technical knowledge of thermoplastics, including materials, processing technologies, and applications. /li /brliKnowledge of colorimetry, formulation, and production processes in the thermoplastics industry. /li /brliExperience in a technical role within polymers, additives, or chemical specialties is highly valued. /li /brliFluent English; additional languages are considered a plus. /li /brliStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, agents, distributors, and internal stakeholders. /li /brliStructured, proactive, and problem‑solving mindset, with the ability to make decisions under pressure. /li /brliConfident user of corporate IT systems and Microsoft Office tools. /li /br /ul /brh3Location /h3 /brpLonate Ceppino (VA) Italia /p /brh3Equal Opportunity Employer /h3 /brpREPI is an equal opportunity employer.
