Perform audits to ensure compliance with business processes, data protection, local labor law application, and HR procedures. A day in the life A Day in the Life This is not an office role: you will work in the field, closely with logistics center teams. Depending on the location, you might work on rotating shifts with your HR Assistant colleagues. This ensures there is always an HR representative available to staff, to manage their requests and answer any questions. The HR Assistant role involves various activities. Besides helping us oversee key personnel management processes, you will support your team leaders in various projects aimed at engaging employees. This includes gathering employee feedback, organizing activities to involve them in new projects, or contributing to creating an inclusive work environment where every employee feels they can ask questions about HR topics.
