.About the role: ]As a Research Assistant, you'll support day-to-day site operations for assigned studies, ensuring smooth communication, accurate documentation, and compliance with research standards. You'll play an essential part in coordinating study activities, maintaining databases, and supporting both start-up and closeout processes.Key Responsibilities:Act as the main point of contact for daily site communications and document coordinationSupport participant pre-screening and study-related tasksPerform accurate data entry and respond to system queriesMaintain clear, timely communication between the site and study teamEnsure documentation meets IRB/FDA compliance standardsAssist with study closeout and general research support as required
