F&M Ingegneria is looking for a Project Manager Assistant Junior to be placed in the main office in Mirano (VE). The resource will be in charge of supporting the PM in the management of job orders and construction site, and in particular: - Support the Project Manager in the ongoing management of each job order, from start-up to final delivery; - Monitor project progress in order to meet schedule, budget and technical compliance; - Drafting job order reporting for submission to the Client; - Verify job order documentation and constant updating of schedules during both project and site phases; - Manage the archiving of paper and digital documentation; - Interface with internal and external resources (Client - suppliers). Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, preferably with a focus on Structures; - Experience of at least 2-3 years in PM assistant or similar roles; - Excellent knowledge of the English language, with level B2 or higher; - Good knowledge of BIM software; - Excellent knowledge of Autocad; - Basic Midas knowledge; - Good organizational and planning skills; - Good interpersonal relationship skills.
