To support this growth we’re looking for an enthusiastic Brand Manager in Milan, who’ll be responsible for our marketing mix in Italy. It’s the perfect role for someone who likes to be responsible for a wide range of projects, have a great sense of ownership, and always looking for better ways to grow the market with a motivated and fun bunch of people.
Developing the perfect activation plan, including creative, media, experiences, and in-store;
Managing our social media and being a first point of contact to our drinkers;
Managing our drinker communication (responding to emails, answer messages on social);
Aligning with the commercial team, to have marketing and sales working in harmony;
Work in close collaboration with the communication, category management, trade marketing and sales teams;
Work with the Group (in short, the marketing team at the headquarters in London) and with all the different countries where we’re selling our healthy little drinks;
You have excellent project management skills, able to work on multiple projects at the same time.
Creativity is a passion, and you love working with agencies to deliver great work that truly breaths the innocent brand.
You’re comfortable working with consumer data (Nielsen, Kantar, GfK) and know how to use it to make the right decisions.
You’re a confident self-starter with passion and enthusiasm and have the ability to sink your teeth in projects and show great people skills.
We are looking for someone with a first good experience in a marketing role, preferably in FMCG, with a creative spark combined with good communication skills.
You speak Italian as a native speaker and have proficiency knowledge in English.
