This position requires in-depth practice-driven knowledge of the day-to-day workings and business processes addressing the design and execution of industrial facilities in CAPEX projects and operations and understanding of how the relevant processes can benefit from digitalization and technology.brFor this position the primary focus is on the industry work processes addressing the execution of materials and contracts management, and construction processes; therefore spanning across engineering and design, supply chain – including procurement, expediting, inspection, traffic and logistics – site control for both materials and contracts. The Industry Consultant will work with the sales teams to develop a strategy to achieve the desired outcomes. The Industry Consultant will be conducting evaluations and assessments of the customers’ business practices, discuss industry work processes and technical environments and make recommendations that maximize the adoption of Hexagon solutions. The Industry Consultant will support customer meetings and organize workshops as well as provide solution presentations and demonstrations. The Industry Consultant will be involved in defining a strategy and responding to proposals. Industry consultants will attend and present at conferences explaining and discussing how organizations can realize their business outcomes and how Hexagon solutions can help to address their business challenges. Industry consultants work with marketing by providing insights based on thought leadership and by providing relevant content to be used in campaigns, present in webinars, and attend events.
