This position requires a proactive individual who will work closely with the CMO, Sales Excellence, and ICT teams to drive sales process improvements, optimize CRM utilization, and develop advanced reporting tools. The role is strategic, focusing on support, continuous improvement, and enabling data-driven decision-making across sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, CRM management, and data visualization tools like Power BI. They will act as a bridge between marketing, sales, and IT, ensuring datasets, pipelines, and dashboards align with business KPIs and executive needs. Main Responsibilities Understanding Sales and Marketing Organizational Needs: Analyze the company’s global Sales and Marketing organization, structure, workflows, and KPIs. Identify gaps and opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. CRM Management and Optimization: Collaborate with the CRM Specialist to evolve the CRM system to meet business needs. Ensure CRM data governance, including data creation, certification, and cleaning, in collaboration with the IT reporting team and CRM/SAP IT teams. Reporting and Data Visualization: Develop and improve Power BI reports for the Executive Team. Create tailored reports to support decision-making and monitor process impacts. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for CRM, reporting, and sales process enhancements. Collaborate with teams to implement improvements aligned with business goals. Strategic Collaboration: Work with the CMO and Sales Excellence to support sales network evolution and business results. Partner with ICT for CRM platform development and dashboard creation (approx. 30% of role). Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or related field. English (primary language), Italian. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Sales & Marketing. Technical Skills Understanding of company’s organization, processes, and KPIs. Advanced Power BI skills. Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., MS Dynamics) and data governance. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Experience with datasets, pipelines, and KPI alignment. Soft Skills Excellent communication and collaboration. Proactive, independent, with strong analytical skills. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
