The Job Description is for the Key Lead role at Abercrombie & Fitch Co. The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in-store experience, acting as the Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and leading store performance through customer experience and daily sales targets. Responsibilities
Opening and closing routines Product knowledge and brand awareness Understanding the business Proactive thinking Attention to detail Use of register/point of sale (POS) Asset protection Visual displays setup and maintenance System skills Work schedule requirements: minimum 20 hours per week, with flexibility to increase hours as needed by the team and business; includes weekly shifts and availability on weekends and some holidays Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent Preferred: at least 1 year of retail or customer service experience Fluency in English and Italian at CEFR B2 level Customer focus Communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of fashion trends Adaptability, flexibility, stress tolerance Ability to multitask On-the-job learning mindset Omnichannel (integrated sales channels) What It Takes
