The company provides a wide range of services by managing different asset classes (secured and unsecured loans, consumer credit, residential mortgages, corporate and SME loans, and real estate assets).OverviewThe candidate shall support the Real Estate Team Senior Team members in all aspects of activity including real estate and portfolio analysis, management, reporting and administration.ResponsibilitiesWork as a Real Estate Junior Asset Manager within the Real Estate Team specializing in implementing the agreed value maximization for various asset classes real estate owned by our clients.Independently develop and implement asset management strategy reviews, including hold/sell models.Utilize advanced financial modeling techniques to evaluate various scenarios and their potential impact on recovery strategies.Proactively coordinate external providers on behalf of your line manager, aligned with the approved strategy.Regularly review and adjust models based on market dynamics and performance metrics to maintain accuracy and relevance.Review and update monthly operating budgets.Prepare and update internal models and memos.Review external appraisal reports and provide qualitative and quantitative analysis on their contents.Participate in the preparation of the real estate business plans and quarterly reporting documents for separate assets.Update and prepare mark to market models and capital commitment schedules.Understand various Real Estate related documentation and prepare Excel models.Analysis of potential acquisitions on behalf of REOCOs or REIFs.QualificationsThe candidate must have excellent organisational and numerical skills, at least 24 months experience in the financial and/or real estate sector.Additionally:Proficiency in Italian (C2 CEFR) and fluency in English (B2/C1 CEFR).Strong educational background, accounting or real estate working experience.Proficient in Excel and Power Point.Exposure to financial modelling and discounted cash flow analysis.Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.Must be a self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.Well-developed quantitative and analytical skills.Strong organizational and time management skills.Understanding of Real Estate valuation concepts highly desirable.Additional informationBCMGlobal Italy S.r.l promotes diversity and inclusion.
