Responsibilities:
1. Carry out routine and extraordinary maintenance activities to ensure the efficiency of production and auxiliary systems.
2. Commission new equipment and directly address breakdowns, identifying solutions with minimal impact on production continuity.
3. Perform repair, maintenance (routine and extraordinary), and adjustments to mechanical, electrical, electronic, hydraulic, or pneumatic equipment, based on blueprints, procedures, or operational instructions.
4. Compile statistics on extraordinary maintenance interventions to improve preventive maintenance processes.
5. Complete documentation, either paper-based or digital, related to interventions carried out on machinery and systems.
6. Participate in training activities related to maintenance tasks.
7. Report any discrepancies between planned and actual maintenance times to the manager.
8. Notify the manager about waste or supply needs for maintenance-related consumables.
9. Assist production personnel when they perform minor routine maintenance tasks.
Qualifications:
10. Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Technical Diploma in similar fields.
11. Minimum of 5 years of professional experience.
12. Understanding of technical drawings.
13. Knowledge of electronics.
