BREADWAY a.S. is a fast-growing European bakery producer with a strong presence in Central Europe. We are now preparing a structured entry into the Italian retail market and are looking for a senior Sales Agent with proven experience in bakery products and established relationships with Italian retail buyers (GDO) .
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute our commercial strategy for Italy, with a strong focus on retail chains (GDO) .
* Actively use your existing network of buyer contacts to introduce our bakery portfolio.
* Present and position our frozen bakery / bake-off products to key decision-makers.
* Negotiate listings, commercial terms, and long-term agreements.
* Coordinate product launches, trials, and presentations with retailers.
* Provide regular market feedback, sales reports, and competitive insights.
Profile We Are Looking For
* Minimum 2+ years of proven sales experience in the bakery / frozen bakery / bake-off sector.
* Direct and current relationships with buyers of major Italian retail chains.
* Strong understanding of Italian GDO dynamics, listing processes, and pricing structures.
* Entrepreneurial, independent, and highly results-oriented approach.
* Available for freelance / commission-based cooperation .
