Job Description
The Retail Business Analyst is responsible for performance analysis activities by sharing corrective action, where necessary, in agreement with the Manager. The core responsibilities of the role are: 1) monitoring and analyzing the performance and processes in accordance with the business objectives of turnover and profitability, seeking the right balance with customer expectations. 2) supporting the evaluations of the manager with respect to the development and design of integrative and/or innovative solutions to maximize results.
Qualifications
* Collects and analyzes data on the market, customers, historical data and trends to develop insights related to objectives in your area, through online/offline sources and channels with an omnichannel perspective
* Monitors actual performance versus the plan, proposing and sharing with the manager the implementation of corrective actions to maximize sales and profits
* Supports the Manager through the creation of frameworks that take into account its Stakeholders and the commercial needs and company profitability
* Constantly monitors the qualitative and quantitative performances of the main interest in the area with a view to producing dynamic and innovative outputs to support the business of interest
* Monitors direct and indirect competitors and analyzes internal and external phenomena, with the aim of creating reference benchmarks for constant market coverage external
* Evaluates and proposes technological revisions useful for achieving the set objectives and for the development of advanced and effective methodologies to ensure targeted results for the department
* Promotes the development of role learning through proactive, team and digital, finalized activities to innovation and improvement of effectiveness/efficiency of its Responsibilities
* Promotes, adopts and develops the use of digital technologies within its function in relation to both the management of the process and in relations with the internal and external interlocutors involved in the business
* Adopts significant behaviors and promotes operational/cultural actions for Sustainable Development, understood as the interconnection of practices oriented towards the Care of the Environment, Business Processes and Organizational Community
