Role Overview: As a Production Planner, you’ll be part of Supply Chain Team, cooperating on create master schedule productions, tracking orders and ensuring availability of the components, maintaining inventory within the established targets defined within EMEA and maintaining the system for efficient process. The role involves monitoring execution, ensuring adherence to the plans, collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize production planning, raw materials supply, inventory health and resource utilization. Key Responsibilities: Collaborates with the senior Production Planner on building and maintaining the production schedule, generating work orders into ERP system and ensuring finished goods supply meets service and volume targets. Collaborates with raw material call-off and Procurement to ensure raw material supply matches production schedules; also inputting purchase orders and data in the system as required. Issue Claims in CAIR system to suppliers for late deliveries impacting service to plant, or recurring non respect of the contractual engagements, lead time respect and other potential service non-conformities. Manage expired product stock and maintain related databases. Support the inventory optimization by managing stock levels, reducing provisions, and minimizing days inventory on hand. Handle rework, disposal, or sell-off of slow-moving, obsolete, or quarantined materials. Ensure ERP data accuracy and conformity. Maintain accurate data setup and item creation to support operational processes and raw materials supply planning. Provide timely updates on late or expected late items to customer service and collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage new product launches and obsolescence, ensuring service continuity and minimizing risks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement. Assist in data collection, data analysis and reporting as required. Key Skills Background in Supply Chain or Logistics in Process Industries, with knowledge of supply chain fundamentals as well as scheduling methodologies and materials management fundamentals. At least 1 year of experience. Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, Power Point. Experience with Oracle and Power BI are advantages.
