The Senior Regulatory Affairs Specialist leads and coordinates the Regulatory Affairs activities in the EMEA region, ensuring compliance with current legislation and guidelines in the target marketing regions for Packaging Materials. Why we need you? To advise on regulatory requirements during product development. To interpret current and forthcoming regulations and assess their impact on the business. To be recognized as an expert in regulatory trends, providing guidance to key stakeholders. To prepare documentation for Industry Associations and Regulatory Authorities, and manage databases for traceability of technical and regulatory information. To communicate company policies and procedures effectively. To utilize project management skills. To establish relationships with external laboratories, agencies, and consultants to support our goals. To ensure the delivery of best-in-class service. Qualifications Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in science, preferably Chemistry. At least 3 years of experience in regulatory affairs, with a good understanding of EMEA technical regulations (e.g., Food Contact Material, REACH). Strong collaboration skills with other functions such as R&D, Supply Chain, and Commercial. Excellent communication and listening skills. Team player attitude. Fluent in English.
