Responsible for:The Housekeeping Supervisor assists and reports the Housekeeping & Spa Manager in managing all aspects of the department, managing the department in the absence of Manager. The mission and intent of Housekeeping Supervisor is governing the operations of the Cleaning and Laundry department; Be responsible of the Housekeeping Department;Supervises housekeeping staff as duties are being performed and tasks of laundry staff;Perform daily inspection of all public areas, guestrooms, exterior of building and back house areas, to ensure that the highest standards are met and ensures that all common areas are kept clean and free from hazards;Organizes all staff during the day and hosts daily meetings with housekeeping staff;Plan departmental scheduling (schedules days off, holidays, and vacations, ensuring that facility's needs are met in accordance with hours and position control);Plan daily, weekly and monthly assignments and projects for all Room Attendants, Public Area Attendants, Housemen and Laundry Attendants;Motivate, train and supervise all Housekeeping and Laundry colleagues;Act as a liaison to coordinate the efforts of Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry;Run sold room reports, verify room status, determine discrepant rooms, prioritize room cleaning, and update status of departing guest rooms;Inspect, check and release hotel rooms for arrivals in accordance with set Park Hyatt and ensures that rooms are kept clean and free from hazards;Prepare, distribute, and communicate changes in room assignments and issues to next shift;Receives, processes, and handles guest complaints in regard to housekeeping services;Perform administrative duties.
Qualifications:previous experience in the same role or similarpassion about hospitality and luxury industry and people oriented.Being fluent in EnglishItalian and a other language is a must.
