We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operation Controller to join our team. Ensure real-time monitoring of maintenance activities and support document and administrative management, ensuring complete traceability of technical interventions and the correct preparation of data for invoicing.
Tasks
* Monitor ongoing and planned maintenance activities.
* Check that the work sheets and technical documentation are correctly filled in.
* Collect and validate the hours worked, hangar time utilization, and the material used.
* Monitor the use of maintenance spaces (hangars, yards, etc.), materials, and equipment to be correctly invoiced to the customer.
* Support the management of Technical Records, including digital and physical archiving.
* Work with OCC duty engineering and production to ensure regulatory compliance (EASA Part-145).
* Prepare technical reports and data for the invoicing of the work carried out.
* Coordinate with the warehouse, MSO, finance, and operations department to optimize time and resources.
* Other duties may be required from time to time.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:
* Experience in working in an Aviation MRO environment (base maintenance experience considered a plus).
* Knowledge of maintenance management systems, considered a plus (e.g., AMOS, TRAX, OASES).
* Familiarity with European Aviation Regulations (EASA).
* Precision in document management and analytical skills.
* Able to work effectively in a team and independently at all organizational levels.
* Excellent communication and coordination skills.
* Fluent in English (written and spoken).
* Flexible and able to work under pressure.
* Hold a full driver’s license.
* Must possess a permit to work in Italy.
