As Warehouse Senior Team Leader, you will oversee daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced logistics environment, driving safety, efficiency and engagement. You will lead a team of operators and shift leaders, using data-driven methods to improve productivity and quality. You will leverage WMS and RF technologies and partner with planning and engineering to balance workloads and support automation. This role centers on continuous improvement and change leadership within a global logistics network.

Qualifications
* Bachelor in Logistics
* 3-5 years in warehouse operations in high-volume environments
* Proven track record in team leadership for medium to large teams
* Experience with automated logistics systems and tech-driven environments
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas)
* Strong understanding of warehouse KPIs and resource management
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Analytical, hands‑on, and resilient under pressure
