Descrizione: Vodafone Internship Program is a development path dedicated to both Bachelor and Master’s students, which allows you to spend 6 months of as an active member in one of our teams. After this experience, you will be able to relay complex information in a simple, clear and concise way to senior management. You will gain independence in performing the tasks assigned, setting priorities and achieving your goals. It includes also the opportunity to work on a project that could be the topic of your final dissertation. The Internship Program may be just the first step of you career in Vodafone. In fact, it will allow you to be part of the selection process for our Discover Program Role Purpose: Within SoHo & SME Sales team you will support the development of the Digital Community dedicated to the indirect sales agents. We need a person with passion for social media, data and with a digital ninja mindset; someone that can engage users through innovative ways and find creative strategies that allows the best experience for users. Key accountabilities and decision ownership: - Manage community contents, creation of multimedial and training contents - Liaise with cross-functional teams, such as Go to Sales, IT, Field Sales and Marketing - Analysis and maintenance of KPI in order to propose new ideas and capabilities; - Implementation of strategies of engament for clients - Maintenance of Social Media in order to engage the Community Core competencies, knowledge and experience: - Understanding of business needs and primary stakeholders - Ability to work in a team - Interpersonal and organizational skills; Must have technical / professional qualifications: - Communication Science/Marketing/Engineering Degree or similar - Fluent in English - Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project); - Previous work experience in digital performance marketing and ecommerce is a plus
