GENERAL MISSION
The IT Manager is responsible for managing the development, implementation, and use of technology across the subsidiary, working with both corporate, local staff and outsourcers, to assess and meet users' and business needs, including operational tasks.
The IT Manager is responsible for overseeing all information systems and telecommunications operations, including identifying user requirements, suggesting practical solutions, and directing company-wide efforts to utilise technology effectively. This role involves assessing local needs and developing strategies to create a cohesive roadmap that aligns with the Group's overall strategy. The IT Manager also ensures compliance with corporate norms and standards. If his/hers/its skills fit the need the IT managers gets directly involved in developing solutions to meet business needs.
This position reports to the Regional iBRM and the role applies for Dermocosmetic and Medicalcare Intalian branches.
Other key working relationships include local management, staff, all system users, Global DAIS, vendors and consultants.
The local IT team reports to this position.
MAIN MISSIONS
Technology Strategic Project Management :
 1. Lead projects related to the planning, organizing, allocating resources for, budgeting, and successfully executing organizations’ business strategies needs and specific IT goals.
 2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define goals, timelines, and resources.
 3. Define and measure project success and adjust strategies as needed and provide recommendations for continuous enhancement.
 4. Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
Manage the Business Needs :
 5. Design, plan and execute technological solutions effectively considering the business output requirements in accordance with the corporate norms and standards, focusing on:
 6. Identify, develop and manage development of robotic process automation in coordination with the central Center of Expertise
 7. Ensure the implementation and maintenance of the Digital Strategy: Websites, E-Business, Collaborative tools, B2C, CRM (Web marketing, Loyalty programs, emailing…)
 8. Continuously identify and evaluate existing processes, technologies, and vendor partnerships and keep the business technologically competitive.
 9. Supports the business Analysis teams in the affiliate and the population of users in the usage of BI tools and the development and usage of Advanced Analytics
Ensure the operation of systems:
 10. Ensure the creation and maintenance of all written documentation, including system and user manuals, license agreements, and documentation of modifications and upgrades, including Infrastructure (LAN, WAN…), Assets Management, Software Architecture, Standard Operating Procedure, local procedures, etc.
 11. Develop and implement all IT policies and procedures, including those for architecture, security, disaster recovery, standards, purchasing, and service provision.
 12. Manage the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade, and support of all IT systems, including servers, PCs, operating systems, smartphones, software applications, and peripherals with the support of the local outsourcer.
IT Referent for GDPR :
 13. Works together with the GDPR referent and is responsible to fill up the technical part of the forms.
Compliance with Corporate Standards :
 14. Be the local interlocutor for the implementation and maintenance of the Pierre Fabre group IT Strategy.
 15. Ensure proper implementation of corporate norms and standards.
 16. Ensure projects adhere to security and privacy policies.
Appropriation and Training Responsibilities:
 17. Onboarding and Training New Users: The IT Manager is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive onboarding programs to ensure new users are effectively integrated into the company's IT systems. This includes creating training materials, conducting training sessions, and providing ongoing support to new users to help them become proficient with the company's technology and systems.
 18. Training: The IT Manager will oversee the development and delivery of training programs for the end users This involves creating detailed instructions, user manuals, and training sessions tailored to the specific needs of the local staff. The goal is to ensure that all users are well-versed in the functionalities and best practices of the local applications.
 19. AI Appropriation: The IT Manager will lead initiatives to integrate AI technologies into the company's operations. This includes identifying opportunities for AI implementation, developing strategies for AI adoption, and providing training to staff on how to effectively use AI tools, in collaboration with AI Ambassadors. The IT Manager will also stay updated on the latest AI trends and technologies to continuously enhance the company's AI capabilities.
Cyber-security: The IT Manager will ensure alignment with corporate cybersecurity strategy, manage local risks, and support secure operations and compliance.
Strategic Alignment & Governance
 20. Implement the Group’s cybersecurity strategy locally, based on internal standards and frameworks.
 21. Ensure compliance with the Group’s Information Security Policy (PSSI).
 22. Maintain and update the list of local administrators and their scope of intervention.
Risk Management & Compliance
 23. Identify and assess local vulnerabilities and threats, including internal and external risks.
 24. Ensure compliance with international and local standards (e.g., GDPR).
 25. Coordinate with central teams to meet certification and audit requirements.
Operational Security
 26. Manage privileged access, enforce multi-factor authentication (MFA), and ensure traceability.
 27. Apply secure coding practices and oversee isolated development environments.
Incident Response & Recover
 28. React promptly to security incidents to limit operational impact.
 29. Collaborate with SOC and SSI teams to isolate or reconfigure compromised systems.
 30. Lead or support recovery efforts to restore business continuity.
Awareness & Training
 31. Promote cybersecurity awareness among local staff and third-party providers.
 32. Ensure all team members are trained in the Group’s security policies and charters.
Who you are ?
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
Professional Experience
 33. At least 10 years of experience in IT, with at least a few years in a managerial role.
 34. Experience working in or with international companies.
Certifications
 35. Relevant certifications such as CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional), PMP (Project Management Professional), or ITIL certification can be beneficial.
 36. Education and experienceHigher education in IT or Information SystemsProven track record of at least 10 years in IT Management and Project Management in an international environmentKnowledge of the pharmaceutical or cosmetic sector is a plus

Technical Skills:
 38. Proficiency in network management, system administration, and database management.
 39. Familiarity with cloud services, AI solutions, cybersecurity protocols, Business Intelligence and enterprise software solutions (Dynamics, SAP …)
 40. Understanding of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) and other IT service management frameworks.
