We are looking for a motivated and curious student for a
6-month internship
within the
People & Culture Department – Learning & Development
team, dedicated to our
Client Solutions
population (Investment Banking division).
The intern will support the team in analyzing data, prepare presentations to help execute the overall Learning, development and people attraction initiatives.
What you'll be doing
- Support the L&D; team in organizing and managing
learning and development activities
(Graduate Programs, Talent Programs, online trainings, peer-to-peer sessions).
- Maintain and
update databases
with participant information and learning records.
- Help manage the overall calendar of L&D; events and programs.
- Prepare
presentations
and materials for live and virtual learning sessions.
- Assist with
data collection
and
analysis
on participation, feedback, and learning outcomes.
- Support in post-event
survey analysis
and preparation of simple
reports and KPIs
.
- Use
Excel
to organize and track key learning data.
- Assist with
Employer Branding
activities and other L&D; projects.
What you'll need to succeed
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Master's degree program
and must remain
enrolled for the full duration of the internship.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially
Excel and PowerPoint
.
- Basic analytical skills and familiarity with
data
or
KPIs
.
- Good
English skills
, both written and spoken.
- Strong
motivation
to learn, curiosity, and attention to details.
- Team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
