Job Responsibilities The Indirect Purchasing Buyer will be responsible for optimizing the HQ portfolio of Indirect sourcing categories, focusing on Marketing & Corporate Expenses. Responsibilities include developing category strategies, identifying cost-saving opportunities, leading sourcing projects, negotiating with suppliers, and maintaining supplier relationships. Main Responsibilities: Implement prioritized initiatives in coordination with Group stakeholders. Identify business needs, priorities, and opportunities for category consolidation across functions. Ensure a smooth, lean procurement process mainly in Marketing and HR, managing change in line with policies and objectives. Develop procurement strategies aligned with business unit expectations and strategic pillars. Support best practices and benchmarking efforts. Achieve savings targets for managed categories and report on results periodically. Deliver on total cost of ownership (TCO) expectations. Serve as a contact for suppliers and internal customers, and escalate issues as needed. Promote a culture of long-term savings without compromising supply assurance or quality. Negotiate local and global contracts, and work on spend consolidation, e-catalogues, and price lists. Job Profile Qualifications and Knowledge: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration. At least 3-5 years of experience in Indirect procurement, focusing on Marketing & Corporate Expenses. Experience in project leadership, tender organization, and cost-saving projects management. Experience managing procurement in various categories, including Marketing, HR, Consultancies, and Facility Management. Analytical skills for tender management, cost analysis, and scenario modeling. Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint. Experience defining and reporting on KPIs. Solid understanding of contract management, P2P practices, policies, and tools. Proficiency with e-procurement tools, ERP systems, and reporting solutions. Fluent in Italian and English. Teamwork and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel across European subsidiaries.
