The RGM function is a strategy team that drives commercial strategy by using available data to make the right commercial trade-offs and drive profitable growth. Your role will be to support the execution of our growth ambition and unlock full value potential from our brand portfolio in Italy. Reporting to the RGM-PMO Manager, you will take ownership in the babyfood category, including : Managing relationships with other departments (finance, category & sales), and with your supervisor (RGM & PMO) to define and implement our sell-in pricing, promotional, packaging, and mix strategies in the relevant channel. Monitoring and reporting on the performance of revenue growth initiatives. Defining commercial conditions for KHC innovation products. Analyzing sales data, competitive activities, reactions, and financial metrics to provide insights and support reaction plans within your channel. You will also take ownership of cross-category areas such as : Commercial policy and list price documentation for your channel. Management of database and functioning of yearly pricing models. Management of XTEL / SAP systems for pricing and promotions. Qualifications Hard Skills University Degree in a relevant field. At least 1 year of experience in RGM or analytical roles, preferably in FMCG. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of multitasking and working under pressure. Proficiency in Excel; experience with Nielsen / IRI / Kantar is an advantage. Knowledge of commercial KPIs (ROS, WD, TDP) is a plus. Professional proficiency in English and Italian.
