Overview
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Alassio. The Human Resources Manager will oversee HR operations, develop and implement policies, and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Key responsibilities include recruiting and onboarding employees, managing employee relations, developing training programs, administering compensation and benefits, and enhancing workplace culture. Additionally, the HR Manager will collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with the organization's objectives and lead initiatives to promote organizational growth and employee engagement.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in HR operations, recruitment, and employee onboarding processes
* Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance regulations, and HR policies
* Experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management
* Competence in designing and implementing training and developmental programs
* Skilled in compensation, benefits administration, and organizational planning
* Excellent leadership, interpersonal communication, and problem-solving abilities
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification is a plus
* Previous experience in an HR management role is highly desirable
