Your missions
- Lead and manage international IT projects focused on Point of Sales solutions
- Oversee large-scale project budgets and ensure financial objectives are met
- Define project timelines and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery
- Allocate and coordinate resources across multiple teams and locations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and align project goals
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
- Ensure effective communication among project teams and stakeholders
- Prepare and present project status reports to management
Your profile
- Experience in IT project management (5–7 years), with a focus on Point of Sales solutions and successful delivery of international projects
- Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies (e.g. Agile, Scrum)
- Experience managing large budgets and complex resource planning
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Italian and English fluent
- You demonstrate strong organizational and leadership skills
- You demonstrate excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- You demonstrate adaptability and problem-solving abilities in dynamic environments
- You demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively in multicultural and hybrid teams
