PpFor a multinational company we are seeking a bTalent Development Manager /b, responsible for creating and executing a comprehensive talent management strategy that aligns with the business goals of the Italian branch. This role oversees talent development and attraction, training and development and employee engagement, ensuring that the company attracts, develops, and retains top talent. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliSupport the development and lead on the implementation of comprehensive leadership and talent development strategies aligned with organizational objectives and in the context of a skills driven organisation. /liliDevelop and implement acceleration strategies to strengthen the leadership pipelines for critical roles/skills and drive alignment and consistency. /liliWork closely with Talent Management to support top talent/successors identification in a skills driven organisation and to identify and implement assessment tools and methodologies to evaluate employee potential and drive fairness. /liliPartner with HR and business stakeholders to identify and prioritize strategic initiatives and drive global consistency. /liliOversee the planning, execution, and completion of complex and global leadership development/strategy projects, ensuring alignment with the broader People Strategy. /liliDevelop and implement a strategic talent management plan that supports the organization's objectives. /liliEnsure effective succession planning and talent pipeline development for key roles. /liliDevelop innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates. /liliEnhance the candidate experience throughout the hiring process and onboarding plan. /liliOversee performance management processes to foster a high-performance culture. /liliProvide career coaching and mentoring support to employees and managers. /liliImplement retention strategies to minimize turnover and maintain a motivated workforce. /liliLead organizational change initiatives and support the company’s growth and transformation. /liliUtilize data and analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of talent management programs. /liliSupport company on ENPS tracking, survey and people engagement and satisfaction. /liliHelp to define and implement welfare and benefit plans for employees. /liliProvide insights and reports to senior leadership on talent metrics and trends. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliBackground in Leadership Development, talent management, succession planning, high potential identification. /liliExperience designing and assessing leadership competency models. /liliProject management. /liliChange management. /liliData analysis. /liliInterpersonal skills: ability to inspire and influence, and navigate in a matrix, creating strategic alliances. /liliExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. /liliDemonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment, operating with adaptability. /li /ulh3Experience /h3ulliProven track record of designing and delivering innovative Leadership and Top Talent/Successors development strategies, solutions and value propositions. /liliExperience in talent management and development in global organizations. /liliStrong background in change management in complex and matrix organizations. /liliAbility to identify and forge relationships with key business and HR stakeholders. /liliDemonstrate experience with data driven approaches to talent management. /liliExperience with leadership and potential assessments. /liliExperience with skills driven organisation/learning. /liliPrevious experience of at least 5 years in similar role. /li /ulh3Location /h3pBologna /ph3How to apply /h3pTo apply for this position, candidates of any gender (L.903/77) are invited to send their CV via email, with consent to the processing of personal data (EU Regulation 2016/679) and referencing the job posting. /ppSadhu thanks all applicants and will contact candidates deemed suitable within 15 days of receipt.
