Our employees are empowered to grow professionally and contribute to world‑class automotive manufacturing solutions. /p pFor our Sales Department, we are seeking a dynamic Sales and Proposal Engineer who will play a key role in shaping winning solutions for our customers. Reporting directly to the Department Manager, the role will support the Sales team in developing accurate estimates and formalizing technical specifications for tenders. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDesign and develop technical layouts and optimized engineering solutions tailored to customer needs /li liPrepare high‑quality cost estimates and complete documentation to support competitive proposals /li liAnalyze and interpret international contracts, providing insights that support both commercial and technical alignment /li liCollaborate closely with internal departments throughout the plant construction and project execution phases, ensuring seamless communication and technical coherence /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liMinimum 3 years’ experience in a comparable role (Estimator / Sales Engineer), ideally within automotive or aerospace production automation /li liTechnical university degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, or Electronics engineering /li liStrong proficiency in AutoCAD 2D (familiarity with SolidWorks or CATIA considered a valuable plus) /li liFluent English communication skills (B2 level or higher) /li liCommercial acumen with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities /li liAvailability to travel internationally as required by project needs /li liA resourceful, flexible, and proactive mindset, with strong problem‑solving skills /li /ul pWorkplace: DURR SYSTEMS ITALY S.p.A. – Beinasco (Turin) /p pContract: Full‑Time / Permanent contract with the company /p pThe search is open to candidates of both sexes (Law 903/77). /p pPlease read the privacy policy pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on data protection (GDPR). /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
