CRIF, a prestigious and innovative international group specialising in information solutions, decision-making models, outsourcing, software and consulting services to support banks, financial companies, insurance companies, utilities and businesses, is looking for:
Main responsibilities:
Participates in studies to evaluate business requirements and to identify appropriate solutions, with a view to supporting replicability of the solution.
1. Identify and formalize the business requirements of internal and external customers by acting as an interface between business representatives, functional representatives and IT in order to analyze, document and validate the business processes required;
2. Interfaces with software developers to explain solutions and to check the progress of software development;
3. Ability to develop new analyzes using Business Intelligence tools;
4. Prepares demo of the solution and supports pre-sales activity to describe solution features;
5. Supports post-sales activities in complex problem resolutions;
6. Prepares communications and makes presentations on system enhancements and/or alternatives;
7. Operates in accordance with company security policies and guidelines, and in accordance with established quality standards and assigned schedule;
8. Proactively contributes to team goals by integrating his/her own work with peers’ one and by furthering/promoting a Teamwork attitude respecting execution plans;
9. Plan and define test cases, drafting of documents;
10. nvolvement in the execution and test management capabilities issued;
Requirements:
Master's degree in Management Engineering, computer science, statistics, mathematics;
11. 2-5 years of experiences;
12. Fluent knowledge of Italian and English languages are required;
13. Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases;
14. Good knowledge of the office package (excel, projects, PowerPoint);
15. Good knowledge of the credit process
16. Good knowledge functional analysis and testing procedure
