Logistics Expert (m/w/d)
Responsibilities
* Management of logistics service providers
* Development and analysis of key logistics performance indicators
* Daily coordination with logistics partners to ensure smooth operations
* Organization of international shipments toward the subsidiaries of the Dr. Schär Group and export markets worldwide, ensuring compliance and excellence in service
* Project management: contributing to initiatives focused on efficiency and cost-effectiveness
* Green Logistics: contributing to forward‑looking research and initiatives aimed at reducing CO₂ emissions and enhancing sustainability across our logistic network
* Interface: acting as the interface between different actors within and outside the company along the value chain
Profile
* Ideally high school diploma or university degree in logistics, manufacturing, or commercial sector
* Genuine interest in logistics and supply chain management, curiosity for how global networks operate
* Collaborative mindset paired with initiative, strong analytical thinking, and solution‑oriented approach to challenges
* High level of responsibility, proactive hands‑on attitude, and effective communication skills suited to a collaborative, international environment
* Good knowledge of Italian, German, and English
