We are looking for a highly dedicated and flexible Personal Assistant to the CEO, capable of providing comprehensive support across both professional and personal matters. The ideal candidate is a university student or a recent graduate, proactive, adaptable, and available across different time zones to accommodate the CEO’s dynamic schedule. This is a hybrid position that requires absolute discretion, strong organizational skills, and a problem-solving mindset.
Key Responsibilities
* End-to-End Support : Manage all aspects of the CEO’s professional and personal life with complete availability and a proactive approach.
* Scheduling & Coordination : Oversee a complex agenda, organize meetings, and handle international travel across multiple time zones.
* Task & Project Management : Track key deliverables, follow up on pending tasks, and ensure seamless execution of priorities.
* Personal & Lifestyle Management : Handle personal errands, travel arrangements, appointments, and any private matters as required.
* Problem-Solving & Crisis Management : Anticipate challenges and proactively resolve issues before they escalate.
* Discretion & Trustworthiness : Manage highly confidential information with absolute professionalism.
Qualifications & Skills
* Availability & Flexibility : Willingness to work across multiple time zones.
* Proactive & Hands-On Approach : A self-starter who takes initiative and ensures the CEO’s day runs smoothly.
* Language : Fluent English (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage.
* Tech-Savvy : Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, AI Tools and scheduling tools.
